The Bodum coffee grinder is well made and robust, and combines functionality with the usual Bodum sleek design. It's compact, so easy to store away, plus it's very stylish looks will add to any kitchen. The Bodum coffee grinder only has a single-speed motor, but it spins rapidly enough to grind your coffee perfectly well. It is very simple to use and can also be used for grinding spices. Grinding takes around 30 seconds and provides enough for around 8 cups of coffee. On the negative side, the Bodum grinder doesn't have settings to adjust the grind, which is typically coarse and suited to cafetieres or French press coffee, rather than espresso or coffee that requires a finer grind. Occasionally ground coffee gets compacted and stuck under the blade, and needs to be removed manually before it can be ground appropriately. If you don't notice this, you may well find that the coffee you have has ground unevenly.
